Yes. All our perfumes are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
4. Can I return a perfume if I don’t like it?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of perfumes that are unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 9 days of delivery.
5. How do I request a refund?
Simply contact us with your order number. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
